TRAINER

Jessica is a dedicated mother to two very active young boys, and has a passion for creating a healthy balance between life, fitness, and nutrition.  Her love of sports started at a young age where she played a multitude of sports including, softball, volleyball, soccer, and basketball.  She grew up in southern California where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University. She was a teacher in Sacramento prior to pursuing her passion for personal training.

She has been training clients professionally in Sacramento for close to 10 years and has had success training a wide range of clientele.  Her client success has proven endlessly that her nutrition strategies produce results, and she believes that education, preparedness, consistency, and support are all keys to success.  Jessica teaches that healthy food should taste amazing and experimenting in the kitchen is all part of the fun.  She is never content with her knowledge of the fitness industry, and is relentless in reading journal articles, books, and attending education seminars.

Her passion for exercise and healthy eating is both contagious and up-lifting. Jessica believes that every “body” she works with is so dynamically different, and there is no cookie-cutter approach to producing results within each individual.
