Conditioning / HIIT
Training

Conditioning / High Intensity Interval Training A results driven, high intensity group training class that combines cutting edge exercise science with relentless energy. Designed for those who want to train smarter and harder, this 60 minute weekly session pushes you through a rotating blend of sprint intervals, kettlebell circuits, rower, ski erg, air bike assaults, and bodyweight functional training.
