Hi everyone, My name is Raquel well known as Rocky.  I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia. I moved to Sacramento in 2013 and I absolutely love it here. I’m very outgoing and fun to be around. I enjoy having a great time with my clients.  I’ve always been passionate about helping others feel more confident in themselves. I love bringing the best out in everyone by being a trainer that will push you to overcome your limits. We have fun but at the same time I play no games when it comes to making sure my clients reach their goals they have trusted me with.  It’s amazing to see how all my clients have improved not just physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
